This is a drop in place where you can get weighed and stay for inspirational talks and exercise. I go weekly and thoroughly enjoy it.
The centre has lots of other users belonging to different clubs. No parking though.

My better half booked the hall for a family Christmas Dinner. 10 adults and 3 grandkids fitted in and still easily allowed for a racetrack around the outside of the tables.
Had a great time. 👍
Big kitchen, which had everything including water boiler, fridge / freezer, induction hob, decent sized oven, plenty of crockery / cutlery. The only thing not fully 5☆ was only 3 compatible induction pans, but hey!
2 loos, 👌😁.
Everything was clean and serviceable and instructions clear and accurate. We didn't meet the caretaker but it wasn't needed at any point although a contact number was given.
Being it was Christmas we spent all the time inside, but there is also a fenced off sofa surface play area too which would be good for summer bookings.
Altogether a great day and would thoroughly recommend 👌 👍 👏
