This lady named Dorothy immediately knew exactly which bike suited our 96 year old elderly relative. The process from the beginning till the end was truly enjoyable.

I accompanied my 91 year old father to Mills Mobility Aids in order to investigate the possibility of a pavement scooter for him. We visited twice and tried two different machines before making a decision. We hired first before buying and this was an invaluable opportunity. Throughout the whole process we were made to feel extremely welcome and very much supported in our venture - a particular thanks to Dorothy who my father thinks (and I agree) is an amazing person. We eventually bought a scooter and in the first week alone it has transformed my fathers life. I can't thank Mills Mobility Aids enough and would recommend them to anyone especially if you need advice and a caring, supportive environment in which to make your choices.
