Didn't go to MK Foodbank as they didn't need volunteers but located inside the same building is St Marks Church charity. These wonderful people collect donations & then buy ingredients to put together meal boxes that are placed in schools around MK to ensure no child/family goes hungry. Really moving stories. The idea is so simple yet so vital, the boxes contain all the ingredients & instructions on how to cook the meal, normally makes for 4 people & some left overs.

Louisa and the team are brilliant. The warehouse is run with military precision and with such a friendly vibe. They pull all the stops to support those who need them. Medals needed all round.

Fantastic people and great initiative to support people in need. We don't really know if we will need them in the future so places like this make you think. It's a hard work and volunteers and donations are always welcome.
