"I write on behalf of my late Mother, Mrs AS, who was cared for by your Agency, and in particular by MM, who was her main Carer during the last few years of her life. I write to thank all of your staff who cared for Mom since myself and family members all feel that the standard of care was excellent and gave us peace of mind.

In particular we wish to highlight MM, who always gave Mom excellent care, often above and beyond what could be reasonably expected, and who is in our opinion, an exceptional person and Carer.
