I have recently had hip surgery and am on crutches for the next 6 weeks. I was given a mobility scooter, but want working. Took too the shop to see if they could repair it for me and they have identified the fault, which while isn't financially with repairing (for me) they have very kindly sorted me with a rental at such a reasonable price.
As a first time customer I am very grateful for such a professional and friendly team to be able to go to for advice and support in this.

Both George and Richard are very friendly and go out of their way to help. In this instance, I didn’t go ahead with the purchase of a riser recliner chair that I wanted quite urgently, because of an actual change of mind about the purchase. However, they had potentially sourced a chair very quickly for me had I wanted it and for that I was very grateful. 👍

George & Richard are very friendly & we have a bit of ‘banter’ which always makes me smile. My mum has been struggling for many years with mobility issues and we have been on a mission to find her the best walking aids that will last. My mum can be very anxious going to new places and meeting new people but we feel we have now found the perfect place for my mums mobility issues aswel as somewhere she feels comfortable discussing this. Richard was incredibly warm, kind and funny which put my mum at ease and she started to actually enjoy shopping for her rollator and not feel embarrassed. Its clear Richard is very passionate about helping others, and we both felt we were in safe hands with someone who is very knowledgeable. Their mobility centre was clean, organised, well stocked and has a friendly atmosphere. Richard made us both feel welcomed, listened to and cared for. He gave my mum a very good deal on a lovely rollator, with accessories (which made us both tear up) and my mum was able to wheel out of there with a walking aid that already greatly helped her (she was using a walking stick mainly) and a massive smile on her face! Thank you so much to the team at Mobility Centre!

Back in August my partner had a mobility scooter given but it needed work doing.
At first we thought it was just the batteries but life isn't that simple.
I foundd this little gem of a mobility shop my accident.
And boy am I glad I did.
The staff are amazing and very helpful.
After purchasing the new batteries off I went but things weren't meant to be .
So off I went again to the Mobility shop .
With in 5 mins they knew what the problem was and within 10 mins the scooter was fix .
Fast forward 2 weeks and I had to call Mobility centre up. The scooter had stopped working again .
Can't complain as it was off .
One of the nice gentleman who works for the company came to pick the scooter up to be repaired .
On all the 3 occasions the staff have been absolutely amazinb .
Thank you for all the help and fixing you've done on the scooter.
I highly recommend this place and have already recommend them to family .

Ordered a new wheelchair and they had to do a special order which I needed by Thursday Richard I’m sure was his name made sure I had it and delivered to my house. Understood my needs and made sure I was taken care off can’t say much for other shops near by
