I am writing to express my profound discontent and frustration with the level of care provided at your facility. My recent experience has compelled me to voice my concerns regarding what I can only describe as the worst level of hospital care imaginable.

Despite my friend’s serious medical condition, the support and attention they received were wholly inadequate. The lack of timely intervention and professional oversight created an environment where essential medical care was neglected. Tragically, this negligence ultimately contributed to my friend’s untimely passing.

It is unacceptable that patients in need of urgent and compassionate care are subjected to such deplorable treatment. I urge you to address these critical issues that have not only affected my friend but could potentially endanger the lives of future patients.

The best experience of NHS healthcare I've ever had. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait around a bit (though much less than at other hospitals I've been to), but what makes Moorfields great is the staff. Greeters in corridors checking if you need help finding the right department, friendly helpful medical staff who introduce themselves and explain clearly what they will be doing, ask if you have questions, listen to your concerns, and provide clear next steps. Absolutely outstanding care.

Have been to the a&e on two occasions, I am always in and treated and out within around 3 hours, even on a Sunday it was still 3 hours. Great when you know how terrible general a&e wait times are! 🙂

Thank you for your sincere care bestowed on me when I had an eye scare experience. Nurse Rose at 1030pm, Nurse Jane Davies at 830am the next morning and Dr Ken and all the other staff managing reception were exemplary genuine in their professional services. As an anxious patient and tourist , I felt supported and reassured throughout the 2 days experiences.
Thank you a million times.

My goodness. The uveitis clinic, clinic 15 is horrendous. It's based on the lower ground and it just smells of urine as soon as you enter the lower ground via the lifts. There is no sense of hygiene in place. The staff from the reception through to the nurses and the sonographers have no sense of manners whatsoever. No polite behaviour and the sink that was used to wash my hands in the nurses room, was filled with food debris Incompetent staff, rude manners and horrendous wait times

Today appointment was a very long wait but wanted to say a big thank you to Mohammed from Clinic 12, LG floor. A professional calm receptionist, he kept his cool dealing with a very arrogant patient who expected things done at a click of a finger. Mohammed was calm and helped the best way he could.
Also, thank you Dr Supawat! Also based on clinic 12, LG floor. Amazing and great service. 45 patients and 7 doctors, they were short of staff but they were all very nice, helpful and kind so thank you.

However, the receptionist at the 2nd Floor needs some training, didn’t catch her name but just no nice service, she just seemed annoyed and unbothered. But the nurses on second floor was very nice and helpful.

The volunteers on ground floor, soon as you walk in are so nice and helpful, and it’s such a lovely team who always go out their way to help you find where you want to go. May be Royal London Hospital located in Whitechapel should learn something from Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Great job!

I have been going here for many years to the Uveitis clinic and I have had to use the A&E. The staff are unbelievable and so amazing! You cannot get better eye care anywhere else.

The hospital as well has so much art on the walls which is really nice.

The A&E was amazing and every quick I may say!
