awful company. I have to wait 5 days to fix a broken shower because it is not deemed as urgent. was told by the lady on the phone to fill the sink and have a wash that way.... they are fast enough to chase you for rent but when their property is falling apart its fixed when they decide.

what a nightmare they have become, used to be very responsive with repairs.

Came back home yesterday after 12h shift to a broken boiler, took me over 30 min to get someone on the phone. Spoke to a lady about the issue,she put me on hold for 10min. Came back saying she spoke to a contractor and they'll be in touch with me next 24h as I'm not a priority because I have no children or no one disabled lives in the property. It's 1pm next day and still no contact with anyone so I decided to call again. Explained the situation etc to which I was told " yes I see on the file that our operator was trying to contact the contractor but was unsuccessful, I'll try to call him now and book that repair for you ". So from what I understand no one knew I was waiting for a repair, I have no heating or hot water.....this is ridiculous. People shouldn't lie on the phone in this situation. The house is absolutely freezing, I slept in my pj, dressing gown and socks under two duvets. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service. I will be requesting information of who dealt with me last night and will be putting an official complaint.

Amazing company had no issues really other then when my boiler packed in they said couldn’t come out even though I have kids and that are disabled I was told I had wait but no other issues other then that

I've been waiting for a appointment for almost a month for a repair to be done on the 20th of December all day ive been waiting for the engineer to attend all day waiting no sign of any call the office about 2pm and was advised that the appointment in between 14 00 to 1700 about 16:50 i call the office again only to be told that the engineer van broke down on his way to my house at the same time if I didn't call the office I would know this every time they have a repair to do at my property it never get done without stress but if you don't pay your rent ontime they call you to let you know that rent overdue I'm sorry but msv you ruined my kids Christmas 😢

They Use theirFunding to BUY ASBI'S from the court despite. Just for personal vendettas!! Rather than spending all that money on fixing properties. They spend it against anyone who wants to complain/claim

Same complaints as all others.. sad They were great a decade ago I really liked them Now since abput 6years ago all downhill there's only about 1 honest staff member there left. As others stated repairmen turn up when feel like it no arranged appointment then do nothing. Even on days you say you will be at work then do t turn up on actual appointments. Had about 6/7 surveyors past 2 years come my house. Going round in circles and I'm physically unwell and mentally.. some very dishonest staff work there Now. Don't deal with horrific neighboughs despite street Complaints and TRY to threaten you instead. was advised by council sector and support workers to take ombudsman.. poor health from damp and mold for the past 10 YEARS!!!! and damaged Petsonal items/property.
use prescription tonics for Fungus developed on head past few years from condensation damp in room etc.
I developed SEPSIS. Summer it's fine but winter it will make u ill,vomit and weezy, unable to breathe.. I've had so much stuff ruined in bedroom from damp all over the walls and all electrics and other belongings in downstairs cupboard destroyed by mold. Winters are so. Ad you wake up with my phones piss wet through ( destroying them) duvets sticky and fuzzy. They had to be washed machine rather much it broke & then I was stuck without a washer for a year so had to do by hand in bath. Which has destroyed my back & mobility.
I would wake up that ill from the damp I couldn't get to work I was so Ill, I've lost everything. Through it
There are the odd good honest members of staff that I like amd think are great employees, others are down right nasty liars and why I record their calls. Due to my debilitating health will be seeking support worker to put a stop to nonsense of just turning up when waNt and unfinished jobs, threats etc . I'm not well. Damaged spine and ptsd & social anxiety making ne more poorly. .. they hide google reviews too .had a nice decorator to cover their dodgey repairs & 1 surveyor the first checked properly and was the only one to go in my attic as I'd pointed it out and he found I had missing roof tiles thanks to him making tge effort. Was also concerned about my health and though I'd ask him to leave it I'd be OK I did here from welfare worker checking if I was OK as he was worried which I guess was nice he was concerned
Mold and damp just comes straight back Over any of their dodgey knock off repairs. Windows have started have fault with open gaps even when closed. I had a Toilet leaking and phoned emergency repairs as even United utilities wrote saying leak detected. I'm on a Metre I phoned & txt numerous times as Toilet was constantly running none stop. They didn't come for over 3 Months!!! Bills not been paid as far as I'm concerned it's for MSV to pay.
They refused to pay any compensation for all the stuff property damaged & They claim cases open shut instantly in emails. They are corrupt to the core. As of 2024 & The fact my lifes pretty much over. I can not see my health ever recovering from this. I'm seriously thinking about starting a case against them personally. I've lost everything. And a couple of grand over property loss, will never cover the cost of my health & life extinguished. I literally cry in bed from the pains constantly in my legs and back. And I've already fell down the stairs when they've gone. No amount could cover what my life's become

As 22 may 2024. I can no longer barely walk or breathe. The property has literally killed me off and my legs have developed venous ulcers. Always poorly. And can't even look after myself anymore
They have a lot to fricking answer for!!

WELL DONE TO ELECTRICIANS. Came back as promised 5thjune & Have new light They're GREAT. However some1 was suppose come do all Damp panting on the 3rdjune& NEVER SHOWED!!

Although we have not been with Mosscare StVincents long, I can honestly say every single one of the folks that I have met and dealt with in person or over the phone have been amazing, in fact more than amazing. We can not thank them enough for giving us the opportunity to call one of their wonderful homes, our home. As usual moving into a new home, there are obviously little snags that need sorting out and yes we do have some, or did, Mosscare tradespeople and our housing officer, Sarah have sorted them out in a timely manner and they have done a great job. Everyone who has assisted us, have gone above and beyond and they are fantastic people, they care, their work is excellent. I will obviously get things done and fix things that I can myself but I know I can rest assured if I do need any help they will be here to help fix it for us.
Mosscare St Vincent’s thankyou for everything you have done for us so far. I just pray that this is our forever home with you, you are good people.

Absolutely terrible. Just a few examples of damp and mould in the bedroom and front room. When I moved inn this property 15 yeah ago it didn't have interlation in the loft they only put that in end of last year. This damp and mould has returned recently after they filled the cavity walls inn . I've had damp and mould in this property for about four and half years or more. End of last year they did come out and paint on the mould areas but that didn't last. They have been informed about the return of the damp and mould. but you just get you'll be contacted or our worker is coming out to sort it blah blah nothing happens. Don't get me started on the antisocial behaviour us in the flats have to put up with

AVOID AVOID AVOID. We have been waiting 11.5months, for a toilet handle to be installed for my physically disabled brother. They have come to 2/5 appointments and each time said measurements need to be taken and equipment ordered. The other 3 times they have never arrived. It's been a whole year. What is wrong with them? Will Mosscare take the blame if my brother falls and breaks his bones? Don't get me started on the disgusting attitude their receptionists have. Absolutely appalling housing association, only care about money. Never witnessed such unprofessionalism in all my life, they need shutting down.
