I have been attending sessions with Emily since before lockdown, so about 5 years, and I find it really great to help me keep a bit supple. At my age gentle exercise really helps.
Emily is great at presenting exercises that are fairly gentle but very effective.

I'm a person experienced in yoga and self help but despite this I had come to a stand still in my life - I didn't know what needed to change, I just knew I was burnt out and needed some thing/some one to help bring me back. And to move my body and feel it stretching back to life again. I took a chance on Emily, (gut feeling I just stumbled on her website) and I couldn't be happier with how it is going. I feel completely heard, understood and action is finally being taken by me to get in touch with who I am and what I want, what will make me happy. The questions that are asked are so simple …but ones that I have never thought to ask myself, or been asked by anyone else. It is not fluffy airfairy, Emily is honest, real, raw, funny, intuitive and incredibly professional and helpful. She really cares about getting people where they want to be. I couldn't recommend more if you want some answers to unlock yourself and who you are.

Both myself and my husband have been attending Emily's class at Emersons Green Village Hall for around 3 months, This class is specifically designed for senior citizens with the emphasis on gentle movement combined with relaxation through mindfulness. Emily has a lovely approach , never patronising but always ready to help with an encouraging word. She always explains how the exercise helps us and how this can be practically incorporated and used to improve our lives. If you have been advised to start exercising but are worried or unsure where to start, then please come along. No sports gear or trainers needed!
You will enjoy it and feel better.
