Matt is great, cuts through the "black building magic" and explains clearly what is involved in completing your request. He has done a great job of excavating floors in my old property and re-establishing them complete with damp proof to meet building regulations. All levels as I wanted ahead of under floor heating and final screed to be laid.
Highly recommend, shall have him back to do more of this project, pictures included of the process he managed.

We hired Matt at MSR Building to help us with an extension on our property, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Matt worked closely with us to make the most of our budget, even as material costs were rising. Initially, we hired him for the groundworks, steelworks, and breaking through the existing back wall of our property. Matt worked closely with us to fit his work around my schedule and this really demonstrated his flexibility and how committed he was to see the job through to completion.

Impressed by his skill and professionalism, we asked Matt to take on some additional aspects of the project. He brought in his trusted contractors to handle the roofing, plastering and rendering, all these trades were seamless and delivered a high-quality finish. Despite the challenging access to our property (a Victorian mid-terrace in the middle of a town centre with no rear access), Matt came up with creative solutions to overcome these issues during the groundwork phase, again making use of his existing contacts to deliver.

The final outcome has been transformative. Matt helped us realise new space and a whole new way of using our home. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Matt at MSR Building for his exceptional workmanship and dedication.
