Spent 2 hrs waiting in the waiting area with my 3yo child only to be told what I knew already - that my baby is fine and don’t need to come back. Several other women who came after me were seen before me!
Also, there was a lady who was wheeled in on a wheelchair but when they called her to be seen they rushed her to get up and walk! No one helped her and she was really struggling to get up.. it was awful to watch!

Mulberry Assessment Centre was a Godsend for me during my pregnancy. They had the nicest midwives, nurses and health care assistants, and they never made me feel like a nuisance. This is just what you need when you're an expectant mum and you're a bit worried or unsure about something. Went to a similar clinic in a London hospital and the treatment I received was nowhere near as good, nor was I made to feel as at ease as I was at Mulberry. Thank you too all the staff there. I've moved from the area now but if I ever have another baby I will definitely go back to Basildon and to Mulberry during my pregnancy 🙂

The waiting time for the Dr was too long, 45 min and in the end he/she didn t come and sent me home. But the other staff done a great job reassuring me. Thank you!

Sitting there 2 hours over appointment time for a doctor just to tell me I don’t need to come back as baby is fine, all staff just sit there talking instead of doing work when there’s room full of patients waiting to be seen, been here twice a week at the end of my pregnancy and even when it wasn’t busy I’m still waiting over an hour from my appointment time and when I eventually get to go through there’s no other patients so left me wondering why I was left for so long once again while they are all chatting
