I was experiencing extremely sore and achy hips accompanied by mechanical back pain. The pain was so severe that I was unable to carry out my regular duties at work, I decided to search for a chiropractor and luckily I found Rob. I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service, he had to refer me for an X-ray before adjusting me as he noticed my muscles in my lower back were contracting in an odd way. The X-ray was cheap (£50 to be exact), the X-ray revealed that I had twisted my pelvis. I've been visiting Rob for regular adjustments for nearly two months now. Since the initial adjustments I've been able to make a full return to my role at work, I'm already starting to experience minimal pain in comparison to the searing pain I felt before visiting Rob. The treatment is affordable, Rob is very welcoming and friendly and I feel safe whilst he carries out adjustments. If you're in need of a chiropractor I highly recommend visiting My Chiro. I recently hurt my back and was in considerable pain which is why I reached out to Rob and My Chiro. I’ll be honest having never had a full Course of Chiro before (I had visited another chiropractor once before) I was sceptical about its benefits and the results it could provide. It took a while and Robs advice was to be patient but after 2 weeks of intense treatment it was like I had a totally different back! It felt allot more stable, more flexible and the pain subsided more and more with each visit - genuinely I have been impressed with the results! Rob and his team have been exceptionally professional throughout and his set-up is first class. I intend to continue to maintain my treatment albeit not so frequently and would highly recommend Rob and his team as exemplary at what they do.

I suffer from chronic neck pain due to my posture at work. I have tried all sorts of alternative therapies, physio, osteo, massages, and even a chiropractor 2 years ago which did put me off slightly due to the neck adjustment. Rob was aware of that and made me feel very comfortable and eased in with the neck adjustments. Within 4 weeks of treatment my pain levels went from a daily average of 7 to 4 and after another 2 weeks it is now at a 1. I am so so grateful that I am no longer in constant pain. I met Rob after moving to the area recently. I have suffered, for what seems like, all of my adult life with severe lower back pain. I felt I met Rob just in time as long term pain in my hip and lower back was slowly shutting me down. Rob is very professional and I was very happy with my in depth consultation, no other therapist of any sort had done this before. Rob explained in detail what he was going to do and what to expect and he put a program in place for me with exercises to do at home. I am excited and amazed at the difference it’s made already, where even walking and bending was painful and my energy levels were low I am now horse riding and taking my dogs for long walks again. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough.
