We visited today and it was so organised. It feels like it’s had a makeover since we last came. The window displays are really inviting and my two children and their friend found a little treat each! Sometimes I can find charity shops really overwhelming but it was easy to find clothes in our sizes.

Popped in here on a random shopping trip, and found a few bargains. The staff were super helpful and knew their stuff/stock. After chatting to them they found me a fab dress that I wasn't even looking for. Those are the best shopping trips !!

Naomi house Chineham Basingstoke has had a makeover by the new manager & her dedicated helpers and very nice and airy it is too. I got a nice surprise when I walked in this morning everything is so easy to see now.

Came into the store recently and found that its much more accesible for wheelchair users! Love the bright windows and happy and enthusiactic staff! Cant wait to come back and find some more hidden treasure!

An excellent shop for an excellent cause. The staff are very friendly.
It is well laid out, with a good variety of stock.

Its OK but over priced for secondhand stuff. Some staff are lovely and others just look really grumpy like they don't want to be there. Giving one star because my donations weren't appreciated in the slightest.
Atleast wait for the person who just donated stuff to be out of earshot before their donations are slagged off and sent to the bin because apparently they aren't charity shop material.

I've found some good things here in the past but it was always a struggle as it was cramped and not well laid out but it has been reorganised and is easy to navigate now. Love how it looks and the staff and volunteers are very friendly

Way overpriced for a charity shop. They need to consider reducing the price on a lot of the things in this shop and consider a sales rack/shelf for items that sit in the shop for months on end to free up space for new donations. I always see the same things in there, there's never any sort of stock rotation, hence why everytime I go in there the shop is never busy.
