I attended a group therapy course with NAPAC back in 2016, it was in fact their pilot programme. I can attest to the fact it was genuinely life-changing. I will forever be grateful to Claire and Sarah the amazing clinical psychologists who led us through the course with the most incredible knowledge, skill and empathy. An outstanding organisation doing essential work. Thank you.

Excellent training event from
Olivia who was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the work of NAPAC. The training was well tailored to the audience of Samaritan volunteers and very well presented. Thank you!

Very worthy organisation who help survivors with empathy and practical guidance in dealing with the ramifications child abuse. Their knowledge and experience can really help survivors to feel empowered and be able to move forward with the reinforcement and comfort of being reminded that they are not at fault.

Had 2-day training from NAPAC via Oliva & Richelle and it was delivered it with such an empathetic, nurturing, caring and safe place. They both were very vulnerable with our group sharing their own experiences as well as delivering other real-life stories to give us the knowledge and understanding of how to work this into our daily working life

Exceptional support- I have been using the helpline on and off for a couple of years now, as needed. I have maybe had seven calls. All of the support has been exemplary. The support staff are incredibly knowledgeable and understanding.

Not safe. Avoid. I'm not expecting to call again . Its advertised as up to 30 mins, this implies, if you need up to 30 mins. It isn't. The lady said at 8.30 that I'd only have 15 min because she had typing up to do and that her Job ends at 9. Then she said that its advertised as UP TO 9. It was like calling a moody telesales advisor. She said I could ring back the next day. That could be too late for a trauma survivor. These bad reviews are correct. I phoned needing a friend and got someone who just didn't care. The shock of what she said made me worse. I was completely thrown and she didnt have much to say. Do NOT call. Try survivors trust instead.
