Warm, welcoming and absolutely no ‘hard sell’.Natasha knows her product and, through her demonstrations, simply lets the Thermomix sell itself. But, even better, she invests so much time in ensuring that every customer gets the best out of their Thermie. Nothing is ever too much bother for her - who could ask for more?

What a great product and an even better advisor. When It was first suggested I was “no way am I buying that”

Couldn’t say enough good things about the Thermomix as well as Natasha!
She is so invested in each of her customers getting the most from their machine she always goes over and above. The community she has created is so supportive and inspirational it’s a joy to be part of it. Friendly, relaxed, knowledgable and fun full demonstration with continued support offered afterwards which really helps get the most out of the thermomix, which is an amazing machine. Natasha is amazing! Highly recommend her and the machine
