My daughter has a 18 month son who was absconded by his father, who went into hiding. He used a pack of lies to say she abused him, which is BS, However before a court case he used this service to arrange a visitation to finally see, HER CHILD. It is a scam, a 'service' to gain money from victimised parents. I was with her today for a visit in Norwich, as she is so desperate to be reunited with her son. Am disgusted that she had to go through this. They suggested a second visitation at her cost, £140, and they even ask for donations How low can one go?

I have always found NACCC very open to having a conversation. Phil is a great asset to the organisation and is incredibly supportive.

NACCC puts children at risk. They dont publish guidance, they dont publish training. You have no idea what standards are expected of child contact contact centres. No checks or audits are done like ofsted, and nothing is published.

If there are any issues NACCC will not intervene, except to say whether the child contact centre is following that centre's complaints process. They dont review the complaint process or make an independent judgement on the issue. They dont provide any guidance.

Dangerous organisation that is putting children at risk.

Even the search function on their website is pitiful.

They accredit centres like Chances Give Choices who lie and contort the truth in court reports and then contradict said statements. NACCC will not do a thing if you complain. Just send you in circles. Whilst telling you they won't do anything, won't look at evidence to prove centre they accredit are lying and damaging relationships with parents and their children. What are you actually doing NACCC?
