This place is amazing. I take my mum to chair yoga.mum has dementia. Made to feel welcome straight away. The class is fun not serious mum loves it. They do other things there as well. Can't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant! Great community spirit as well as services for the elderly in a relaxed atmosphere. Joined on the Lindsey Leg Club today: a cuppa and a chat as well as leg dressings.
