I had prayed on this agency to help me protect my civil rights against Amtrak and MTM LLC and the Nevada Equal rights commission. I have been waiting for the past two weeks for a answer and I had to call and ask them if they were willing to take the case. They told me that I would be the first person to be called and I surely wasn't. Being a handicap person is hard enough but to be lied to makes me think that I don't matter. Got to thank them for showing their true colors it surely isn't Red White and Blue

I have been directed to contact this place by ticket to work and social security numerous times about WIPA, PASS, and Caps.
They have denied helping me in all of these categories and yet they are contracted by Social Security to provide them. I even had Social Security do a 3 way call and they took the info and never called back after that. No follow up. When I informed Social Security all they could do was told me to keep trying.
Since this is a group of lawyers I am going to the bar assoc to file a compliant.
Just so you know they do not have the disabled even though that is their mandate.

Caroline Taylor the attorney at the office was very helpful.
For example when I almost ended up homeless back in July of 2021 this year.
She stepped up and helped me find a new place a host home when my case worker Daniel Vogue from Desert Regional Center was slacking off and not doing his job by finding me placement at a new residential provider.
He never would of found it if it weren't for the lawyer getting on his case.
Also Chryalsis was okay with me going homeless.
They wanted me out due to the fact I reported a staff to Desert Regional Center for assaulting me at the Chryalsis group home.
Told this lady Lin from Desert Regional Center also known as [DRC] about it.
She informed Chryalsis about it.
They did an investigation and nothing was done about it.
And that same worker came back to work at my old group home in Chrylasis.
However Carplina Taylor was a big help.
Would be homeless without her

Do not talk to Carolyn. She gets paid from ccsd, she doesn’t even know the difference in classes, doesn’t listen and isn’t very knowledgeable. Not someone I would trust with my special need child.
