The NPSC is tucked away on a council estate in Leicester.
It's a tidy venue & for a place hosting gigs you can get a pint for under 4 quid.
Bad Manners have been here & there's plenty of seating for those not prepared to hit the dance floor.
Service was good and there is loads of FREE street parking.
The gigs tend to be of a Ska nature and its a big area to fill.
Worth a visit. Plenty of hotels a short cab ride away.

Great place for a good night out. They had bingo tonight. The staff and committee are lovely people. We dont live near there but travel to visit. Unfortunately, the club is suffering as are most businesses from lack of custom. They have followed social distancing guidelines so if you are a member, please support your local club or lose it. Due to covid they are not accepting new members.

Even though I live a mile away from club I had never been we went to see band the Dualers there was pleasantly surprised how clean and efficient everything was ,table and chairs nice and spotless plus queue for the bar went down quickly and the toilets nice and sweet smelling I've ever seen in a drinking place shall go there to see another show well worth the money

The concert room used to feel cosy with background music on at weekend lunchtimes but nothing now. Empty room nearly. Not sure how this place manages to remain open with the size of the building compared to how many customers go in there. People that visit seem to be in clicky groups and it doesn't feel safe in here at times.

If you could conjure an image of a social club, the image which might pop up is of gruff, intimidating, rough looking men huddled together giving you the most unwelcome stares, thank god that belongs in the past. I had a memorable visit. The staff were welcoming, smiley, forthcoming with information when asked. I enjoyed the atmosphere and would recommend anyone wishing or planning to pay a visit. Nice old fashion working mens club really. They have a number of function rooms that you can hire out at a reasonable rate. Plenty of parking outside. The bars sell quite a good range of beers and spirits as well as soft drinks.

This is very much a locals club, and it's certainly seen better days. The venue itself is fit for purpose, but it's a far cry from a destination of choice, more suitable if you're living in the area and fancy a swift couple of drinks before moving on to somewhere else if I'm being honest.

Was here for a Wednesday disco with the lads. Great DJ on the turn table. I love the sausage and chips here but I hate that I have to queue for about 30mins to get it.
