The mother of my granddaughter has been in one of your places on northgate for 15 plus months last month she was promised the next 2 bed house?
Also do you provide tenancy agreements?
As they are refusing to give one.
Edit month later:- no tenancy agreements they are called licence agreements...
All I will say is read very, very carefully as even though you are accessing accommodation & support you are signing to agree to your property being entered at any time! No notice & this has happened to my dil at gone midnight!!!
Also I have a problem with staff saying something then taking it back or the more serious gaslighting which is a whole other review alone.
My d I law was told & then it was reiterated to myself on the sheer point it was clearly understood that she would be fast tracked meaning the next appropriate property in her choice location would be hers.
This was the very next day denied told no such thing as fast track hmm🤔
Glad I've chosen to record all interactions with the staff of this trust I really detest being called a liar.

Really good organisation. They house and help struggling young people, most of who have been abandoned by the care system after they turn eighteen, or have had a difficult or traumatic teen life and found coping hard.

Emmaus is different in that it provides support and training in their own training area, to give essential life skills and guidance, which enables the young people to cope in their normally unsupported lives. They work closely with the councils and work on a skills gained points system to prepare and help them find housing or accommodation, giving them a fighting chance that they will become independent.

Great ethos, fantastic staff and lovely young people. If you're looking for a worthwhile charity to support, I highly recommend you consider Newark Emmaus Trust.

What can i say!! ......Well I'm 36 now, But back when I was 18 ( 2001 - 2003 ) this amazing bunch of people at the time made me the person I am today... and I will never forget the memories and help I received...Much love always ❤
