I had to take some one I help out with his paper work as he needs carers he is also Disabled Physically and Mentally he received a letter from Cosmos deit collection I took him to the citizens Advice Bureau and it turned out that Cosmos has sent lots of these letters out to vulnerable people! So if you receive a letter from Cosmos don't pay anything until you speak to the C.A.B they are & was so very helpful to the point that the deit collection company are now sending out a letter from apology plus £25. for sending out the demands of the money he never owed out in the first place (SO BE AWARE & SEEK ADVICE) Because they didn't listen to me so I had to ask for the Citizen Advice to take over!
If you live in peacehaven East Sussex and get a letter from Cosmos saying you owe money to the Walter company's they are now one company & no longer two separate companies!
