Great company, helped me lots. Even if it's a quick chat or a long one about whatever issue I'm facing that day. They are so welcoming, offering drinks and biscuits while you wait (not a long wait at all) sometimes you don't even wait! Computer access, washing help and more! I highly recommend them. Would NEVER use this service again they don’t keep anything confidential they will pass info onto others outside the advice centre without you knowing even when there is no risk of harm because of that I got banned from having any contact with someone I was close to!!! Absolutely appalling!!!!

If you have no benefits or international student sleeping rough, i suggest you to go train station choose a track and lie down on the track. Don't go any charities asking for help
