I've been coming here for the last 8 months. In those 8 months it's been one of the worse times of my life but I must say these people have always welcomed me and not made me feel uncomfortable at all. They have plenty of toys and always welcomed my wishes they have been friendly and comfort me in times of need.

Absolutely appalling. No communication between staff members and therefore the disgustingly rude staff have no problem with completely ruining what precious time a parent has with their child. I made a complaint and the time and got a feeble apology and mutterings about "miscommunication" between themselves and the LA.
"Sorry" doesn't give back the time you stole from me and my children.
I absolutely would n ot recommend this completely unprofessional place.

Seen some of the negative reviews here and I feel that I have to at least speak of my experience with the Noels.
I had to come here a few years back when as all of these reviews have experienced I had to fight to see my daughter. I was made to come to the Noels not by my choice. The most regular person I dealt with was Stella. I can say hand on heart if it wasn't for the her and the people of the Noels being in service I would not have been able to be where I am today and have the now relationship with my daughter. Yes the centre is under funded. But remember these people are VOLUNTEERS. THEY DON'T GET PAYED FOR THEIR TIME HERE. The people of the Noels were always welcoming, courteous and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their work. I owe them and Stella a great dept that I will never be able to repay and they deserve more credit than they get.

Poor do not support the working Parent by opening on a Saturday.
Contact workers seem to turn up when they feel like it.
The center is dirty, disorganized. They only allow saturday contact with children in court proceedings, which makes no difference. Just poor service which is under staffed and underfunded. They break court orders with there own regulations & procedures. DO NOT USE THIS CENTRE.

Staff havent a clue!
Megan followed me and my son to the bathroom watched my 5 year old son go for a wee in toilet not happy!
Toys and highchairs all dirty!
Times kept being changed!
Found drawing pins on floor!
Not helpfull treat you like a prisoner!
