The Xtra mile gym is good for a daily workout.
I don’t touch the loose weights but the centre has some really good machines. I get a lot out of them. Crunchie bars, Mars bars and sometimes a coffee.

Its a social facility owned by norwich city council and set in the large mile cross council estate. The service is in line with council run places so if you have to wait to pay to get in thats just normal.
It has general rooms for hire, a modest cafe, a decent gym with adequate free parking except at peak times. If you are on a budget this could be a lifeline for activitied

We used the Norman Centre for the first time yesterday to deliver one of our free sepsis awareness courses to a care provider. We were very impressed with the quality of this venue. Very helpful and friendly staff, good sized meeting room, tea and coffee available and very clean and tidy. We'll definitely be booking again thank you.

We hired the badminton court for 2 hours; it's indoors, spacious and has plenty of doors and windows to open should it get to hot. There's also a vending machine for drinks and snacks (coins only) and the staff were lovely! We had a great experience here.
