They have such an amazing team of people in this shop! My friends ordered a sofa to be delivered to their new flat, but when the delivery men came they couldn't get it through the door! I took them to the shop later in the day to get a refund and then went hunting for a sofa. Within an hour or so of going in for the refund, the wonderful lady (I didn't catch her name 🙁 ) called up and said they'd just had a sofa delivered to the shop that should fit through the door and asked if we wanted to have a look! Once we got back to the shop my friends decided that they wanted it so the lovely staff carried the sofa to my (very small) car and loaded it in! A lovely man named Nigel even went out of his way to find me a bungee rope AND hooked it up to my car for us! We honestly couldn't have asked for better customer service, the staff are so so helpful and kind, they really saved the day!! Thank you so much to both Nigel and the lovely lady that went out of their way to make sure my friends had a sofa to sit on that night!

One of the best charity shops in North Devon , worth a visit , easy parking to load big items , also check out the ebay site .

We had a look around but didn't see what we were after, but there was some good prices and some really bad pricing going on, it like they were grabbing numbers out of the air and going 'that will do'
A small pine side table (a bit rough) for £75!
A small display unit with glass doors and a draw underneath in Nice condition £35 (very nice)
I think who ever is putting the numbers on is either clueless or drunk!
A dressing table, in white for £80, they will have a long wait on selling at that price!
People donate their stuff to sell off for the charity but I feel there needs to be some sort of consistency in pricing as it seems to be all over the place atm
Had a problem trying not to laugh in the store tbh but I didn't want to upset them

a very friendly helpful service i did not buy anything from them other than an alarm clock due to not having what i was looking for but the volunteer/worker who was working the day(s) that i do visit to have a look around was very helpful as i am looking for a chest of drawers to renovate and has taken my contact number and name to let me know if there is anything suitable to my needs come in as of yet there has been nothing i have wanted but people should do more to help this charity keep it local everyone friendly reliable honest charity very happy with it and donate what i can when i can : )
