This place is a zoo, over-run by alcoholics and criminals. The manager is a clinically obese bufoon with no authority delegating his responsibility to the skankiest bunch of self- serving gutter scum you can imagine. Lalley centre, booth centre and datzic street are properly run, and have all dealt with me sensitively, which has never happened at the welcome centre.
