The management is awful. I own the property, which has a shared alleyway in between our houses. They don't maintain drains and downpipes, causing damages to my property. I have been chasing and chasing them with no luck. Zero communication, no repairs at present, refuse to provide the information on the grounds of Data protection, which they have no clue about, refuse to provide details of the manager and cannot say when the repairs will be carried out. Ongoing issue over a year now.
I will add the picture of the leak caused. The water goes under the background of my house !!!

I have a leasehold property with these, but as it's a flat, they still have some dealings with it. Funny how they want you to bow to them when they want to do improvements to your home or local area but want nothing to do with you when you have an issue with the building or local area. Still trying to get major ceiling and pipe works done nearly a year on, normally comes under buildings insurance but that's an NPH responsibility they have washed their hands of in this instance. They've ruined our estate by putting in Euro Bins for flat residents but they just get filled up by flytippers. I have significant mental health conditions that have been worsened by these issues but NPH don't care. Because of the Euro Bins, our street now has less than one space per household, I dread taking my car out as a lone female because the odds of having to park on a neighbouring street and being subjected to anti social behaviour are high. But NPH don't care. I would happily pay for a garage, but I have to bid on one, and if I don't bid on one in a year my application will be dismissed, but there are so many weeks where they don't advertise any garages to bid on and none of the ones they advertised are within a few streets of my home. It's a scam to ensure that you don't get one. There's definitely some available on my street and would help with my mental health issues, but NPH does not class mental health conditions as disabled for the purposes of prioritising garage applications. As someone who works in finance and knowing that West Northants Council still has funding issues, it's strange how they won't take up the offer to rent out more garages. I feel like the people they show in their magazines as having supported them with mental health conditions are paid actors, because whenever I mention my health I get stony silence from NPH. Can't wait until the day I can afford a freehold property, if I ever get to see that day that is...

Uter incompetence. Refuse to carry out repairs, disrespectful and commonly lie when there picked up on things.
If they were a private landlord they'd be taken to court but as there a council off shoot there virtually untouchable. Let's see if disrepair claim form can get any where but won't hold breath.

Over an hour on phone to not actually speak to a person who could help. Housing officer not in, temporary one driving. Website is rubbish.

Criminal people and unprofessional people. They are known for bullying, false information and opinion. Liars and refusing your rights causing problems in people lives and blackmailing. All your info is given out to third parties and doesn't take in to account of people disabilities. If they do they make up their own judgement on people. That not true. They give out wrong SSR data so watch out. Already been put out in papers and radios. To warn others

Thoroughly pleased with the Happy to Help service, certainly lives up to it's name. Josh has been a very polite and helpful worker, conscientious and has treated my home with respect. I have been very happy with the work he has done and would highly recommend him. Thank you Josh.
