I cannot thank Laura enough for all her help and support when trying to navigate the very tricky and not at all straightforward management of my father’s estate after he passed away. We contacted Not For Profit Law as we needed new wills and powers of attorney. Laura came to see us and we had a very detailed discussion about how we wanted to proceed and of course she advised us as to the best way to proceed with both situations.
Draft wills were produced quickly and accurately as were the POA’s. Everything was signed and the POA’a sent away to be registered.
Laura had given us excellent advice and told us about some things that we weren’t aware of.
We have no hesitation in recommending anyone needing new wills and help to contact them with the knowledge that they also will get that advice.
