I went to this place for twenty two years as a homeless person. For most of that time there were people that had secure place to live put still come in to abuse the services. Eight out of every ten people coming through the door have secure place to live. This isn't a homeless charity it's a charity that pretends to be a homeless charity. When it stops allowing people to treat them like fools then it will be a homeless charity.

When I Visited Antifreeze it was just before the lock down and in November of 2019 the atmosphere was good and the staff seemed helpfully and interested in my issues! I would say though it is quite small and there were a lot of people there who just seemed to be milling around and using the place as a social centre and meeting place rather than for job-seeking and benefits & legal problems that they needed help with. The did have a toilet and it was nice and clean and some clothing and sleeping bags on offer so in that respect it was very good. On the whole my expierience was fairly encouraging.

As homeless person it's good place to rest and talk to staff about your problems there alot of homeless people living rough. Iv been going to off the fence for about 2 years and nigel manager can't help every one cos there alot of people with different problems and people say there not helping me I don't do drugs or drink alcohol as person there alot of people go there with drugs and alcohol problems in my eye you help yourself don't expect other people to pick up your damages people put there in this state starf do help buy telling you what to do and it's Christian communities that go there for bit of support thank god for us all to come together as one
