Visited here in Feb 2025. Spent a great afternoon working out a series of 20+ connected puzzles in a themed puzzle box. There were various types of puzzles, all expertly constructed and crafted to fit in a wooden chest. Was a great feeling to finally solve the last puzzle and realize the ending of the story. We were guided through the journey with just the right amount of help from the games master (thank you Tessa!). Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again. 5 stars!!

Never been to an escape room or done anything like this so we didn't really know what to expect. The lady who runs it was really lovely. We came to do a test run for a new game she's putting together in a bridge house so it wasn't a full escape room experience. Having not a clue what we where doing we dove right in! There was a lot of confusion to start with. Especially as my two children (ages 9 and 11) couldn't get along and just communicate with each other and we did take one of the first clues a bit too literally but the lady stepped in and let us know after she could see us struggling. However we worked our way through most of the clues, and guessed a few and managed to complete the quest just in the nick of time! We all had a wonderful time together and the 90minutes flew by! Thank you again and I am sure we will be back at some point for a full room experience 🙂

We had a fantastic hour at One Way Out, a great idea for a wet afternoon! We did “Framed”; I’ve done a few escape rooms before but this place is so much better planned and there were a lot of interesting, challenging puzzles. Help came just in time! Would 100% recommend!

Superb experience from start to finish - from the basics (free parking at the door etc) to the ‘niceties’ (friendly welcome, help when we lost our booking email confirmation), to the important stuff (superbly constructed games, perfect help and support with explanations and clues along the way)…. a perfect day out and great value for money. So good we rebooked and did a second game in the same month and will keep coming back. First booking was for a birthday party, returned for a second game as father and son (ideal for an 11-year-old + parent, but would have been great for any age-group or combination of people.

We were a group of 6, did the yellowbeard pirate room, with Hilary as our game master. Hilary was a lot of fun! Great jokes and kept us laughing. Loved the physical puzzles. Very well planned and thought out room. Loved the little souvenirs!
Will visit again, to do the Gas room!!!!

Wow: this is for anyone & everyone 🤗
Had a great time in the pirate room, after wondering if this was really 'my kind of thing'. Would def go again, taking my grandchildren and also try a few other rooms. Tessa had done a great job creating the scenario for the room & puzzles that we solved just in time (with a couple of clues from a very helpful Hilary) to escape in the allotted 45 minutes. Fun for all the family with really helpful staff team on board. Excellent experience, thank you.
