Lovely people ready to welcome you. A chaplain who listens to you and shares consolation words with you. You are given a hot drink of any kind with biscuits cake or a snack. You may go there to spend the day if you feel lonely at home. The staff are ready to chat with you while you are given a non alcoholic drink. A well organised place to assist people who are in need of basic things

This is a new experience for myself due to struggling with food pertaining to the cost of living crisis, I spoke to Steve in the centre he was very helpful and showed me the situation and the supermarket area after I had my cup of tea - there is a breakfast area at the hatch where you can help yourself to a cup of tea, biscuit and some breakfast cereal.... this was overall a very very nice experience and all of the staff are very kind and helpful.

Great charity with lovely people supporting the homeless, not just with clothes, but with food and advice.. If you have any unwanted men's clothes preferably small to medium size, please consider this charity. They will really appreciate these the most. ?

I have received Food parcels a couple of times from Open Hands, every visit I feel very valued and welcome, the staff are very friendly and welcoming

Brilliant place! got food parcel from them and was greeted with open arms and friendly conversation! Having waited I was able to watch the VOLUNTEERS!! help people in whatever way they can! How you can rate below 5 stars is confusing to me. its a charity!

Unfortunately, I am in the position of having to use this service. Staff are understanding enough to help, and not judgemental. The last time I went, they'd had a problem with the weather, so it was quite limited as to what they could offer on the day. Tinned goods only, basically.
