I can not fault the staff or the home, everyone works hard and shows care and compassion in their role.

Walking into Marden Court you can feel the atmosphere, all staff are friendly and shows dedication.
It's clean, also a great selection on the menu, with snacks and drinks available and darted round the home.
Staff are always at hand to deal with any concerns.

Residents has the option to go out in the community and go on day trips as well as entertainment coming into the home

It really is a pleasant place and residents are happy too, they appear really happy and settled.

Marden Court is a uniquely small home which has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I have worked for OSJCT for 20 years and 17 of which have been within Marden Court. It’s a very happy home with lots of laughter to be heard by residents & employees

I have been a volunteer for a year and two months.while in that time I have completed two dementia courses and passed both. Being here and doing the courses as gave me a better understanding of the types of dementia and the ways it affects people.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. My confidence as grown I feel confident with talking to the residents.

Really appreciated the welcome each time and i should say this Care Home is absolutely a five star clean environment, actually my rating will put it next to none.
