Distressed lady ill rung 22.1.2023 asking for lift to dentist,for next day. Had no help. They rung back on 30th at 5pm. No apology. You can only leave messages.they don't answer phones or answerservice, til it's a week later. Reported it again only on a message. No apology or reply. So no disability help. Katy was prepared to pay just needed help with wheelchair, as taxidrivers don't know how to fold them, to put into boot.

Used Our Centre for first time today for Mum.
first time out of the house for 6 months.
Excellent service, lovely driver and Mum was well cared for.

Used the community bus to transfer to Ashfield Health Centre for
my 2nd Covid vaccination - the bus was driven by Jeanette. The
service was superb and the driver very careful and understanding.

I have so enjoyed my time since I joined . Only been on 2 activities one to Titchfield Park Hucknall and the exercise class yesterday but will definitely be doing more . Thanks x

We use our centre to go with a group of our residentes to winterwondeland In Nothingham.the Driver was very friendly and helpfull.
An amazing experience. Very good Service. We will repeat Very soon.
