Our special friends is a much needed charity that I wish I’d know about much sooner.

Last year when I had various emergency hospital admissions, my main concern had been getting my little dog looked after.

It’s now a great comfort to me to know that if it happens again I will have the support of my special friends, who are just a phone call away.

Recently I needed a dog Walker after eye surgery and our special friends arranged this with no fuss. Anne gave my dog a lovely long walk and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her advice. It certainly takes the worry away knowing that help is there if and when needed

Unfortunately, we were not able to move forward with Our Special Friends (Due to mothers mental health). Throughout the whole process, all of the staff I spoke to were amazing, and so helpful.

Even when I explained that we wouldn't be able to continue our application, the staff still checked to make sure we'd be OK.

Thank you so much for being so kind. Especially, when everything else felt so difficult at the time. I am very greatful.

Our Special Friends wouldn't you agree? Well I could not agree more.With a loss of a partner as in human or a pet! we need a good friend to come to visit us and help with our road to recovery,or if you are more happier like myself and Foster our furry Special friends whilst someone is unable to Well it is an option.I am looking forward to starting to Foster soon.I would recommend our Special friends

Brilliant local charity. The last thing someone needs to worry about if they are ill is who will look after their four legged friends if they end up in hospital or worse. Our Special Friends fills a vital need in the community and should be supported by us all.
