Excellent service! I had bought a sling base on online reviews but found it was uncomfortable on my body (though my husband loves it). I had a consultation with Lucy at her house and would absolutely recommend it - she helped me find options that I had never considered and make sure I was comfortable and knew how to use them correctly. This was an incredibly helpful experience with Lucy, we got to look and try lots of different slings from brands we may not even have come across. The attention to detail of our specific requirements for carrying was great, Lucy is very knowledgeable, warm and inviting and had great suggestions and tips for when we welcome our newborn and hopefully get them used to baby-wearing!
