I've tried getting help from OCSA on applying for grants for a community project. The first time I called I was told that the person I needed to speak to was out of the office, and would call me back. As that didn't happen, I called again a few days later. The person I spoke to told me that they would send me the information I needed as an email within a couple of days. That hasn't happened either. This is very frustrating - I should have just gone ahead without their 'help' and saved a couple of weeks wasted time.
