Avoid this place at all cost !!!!
Unless you wanna smoke crack !!!
P3 claim they will help you and sell you a dream but in reality
All they want is to claim as much money as possible from the local authorities !!!
They do care about your welfare/wellbeing!!!
2 out of 2 food parcels got stolen within a week!!!
No support offered !!!
P3 breach the license agreement at will when it suits !!!
Tenants have the right to reside in safety but p3 think it’s acceptable to provide
Rooms that are not fit to be lived inn !!!
Bedroom doors that don’t even lock !!!
No fire doors and poor fire safety!!!
P3 expect tenants to live in filth !!!
p3 thought leaving the previous tenants Sick on walls windows and bed was acceptable !

Worst place ever, fount hidden cameras. if you're coming here to get better Don't they will just mess with your head. I've had multiple things go missing out my flat. You have a team monitoring you at all times and they don't seem like they're here to help you at all. If you try to do your best to get better they will try keep you down not sure if other people have had the same experience but I've been here over a year now and been trying to move for months, it seems like some of the other tenants watch you and they seem to be very ill or even just messed up I'm not sure. I've gone downhill since I've been here it's not a good fit IF you want to get better I didn't want to write a review but they try piss you off however they can!

They say I have to start bidding for property even when I was told that I could stay as long as I liked. They told me verbally not by letter which is wrong and when I got a letter they changed the wording to what I was told. They just change the rules to suit themselves and cause more stress and ill health. I would never trust them again.

I went to p3 in ripley and because I didn't want the first place they offered as I would feel too unsafe there (easy for burglaries with old doors etc) they took me off the system. I feel that as long as they have enough clients to get them by they aren't bothered about others. They're a waste of time

Great project with friendly staff. Dropped in on a group with colleagues. Fabulous group running. One of the best jewels of services for people in Ilkeston.

Amazing service. Found me hotel accommodation and even paid for a taxi to get there. Wonderful people, highly recommended
