Giving up your time to any voluntary role is a brilliant thing to do, charity's could not run without them. I have read some of the reviews and would not agree to one particular comment, that person swore to a Manager and was asked not to return. We should not have to take any abuse, ever.
Volunteers offer upto 40 hours a week to come and work for the pleasure of assisting the Manager in raising funds for this lovely charity, thank you everyone.

Appalling customer service -2 × staff members talking in raised tones at same time to explain customer exchange policy .customer training urgently required especially for Wednesday volunteers ! Prices have rocketed here in recent months but for clothing less so. Also lots of trip hazards ....health & safety beware !

Handed your staff member a tenner to which she tutted and shook her head as a response, I know you rely on volunteers but don't volunteer for a job that involves customer service skills; as she didn't have any. I found that very rude. Which shocked me considering I'm donating to charity I won't be returning so well done.
