Awful customer service was told by lady on phone not sure when the person would be in to make the application. Was then told a call will be given back. 3 days after a call was given back to say if we can attend the next day at 11am. The appointment was confirmed when we got there the following day we were told they no record of the appointment and the guys working there do this a lot. We were then told to attend at 2.30pm that same day reluctantly we said yes again. The guy called us in after 15minutes of our arrival and went through the application of the nadra card via their Nicop website. They charge an a few of £20 which is there admin fee for completing this online form. To which you will receive your card in 2 weeks. Should I had known this before I would completed the online form myself in the comfort of my home and then waited 2 weeks for the card. Bottom line is I wouldnt even rate a 1 star.
