Tried to get help switching to UC waste of time all they did was give me a phone number I already had on the letter rang them lots of times answer machine left a message didn't get call back so went to the place and then was fobbed off with a phone number no Action group.

Recently started circuit training etc with the action group.Wayne runs the sessions,I being unfitwas greeted by Wayne and the others who take part.They all give me encouragement and kept patience Although I had trouble doing some of the tasks wayne gave me easier ones and I found that I want to improve and I am sure I will with the help I ve been given by wayne and the group .Very much appreciated.

When I phoned Pallion Action Group I explained to the receptionist what I wanted help with she took down some notes and said she would pass them on and she made me an appointment to see the person who specialises in my query. When I arrived at my appointment he didn’t have a clue what I was there for so I told him. My appointment lasted all of 5 minutes I got the feeling the I formation he gave me was totally wrong and it was. I left feeling very deflated. I got advice off a friend to go on Gov.uk there was a phone number there to help me I rang it and they helped me so much. Basically everything he told me was wrong, I’m so pleased I didn’t take what he said and leave it at that. So disappointed in Pallion Action Group as I’ve heard really good things about them but they let me down.
