I used the webinars, website and support line a lot after my mum was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and we were all struggling to keep it together, especially as the NHS was so chaotic.

Rachel, the nurse specialist, was a shelter in the storm, calm, compassionate, knowledgeable, never offering false hope but a genuine comfort nonetheless. An excellent, frontline charity.

I recently came out of hospital having had nano knife surgery for a metastasised renal carcinoma on my pancreas. Unfortunately this procedure resulted in me developing pancreatitis so having gone in to hospital able to eat pretty much as I wanted (I did have a fairly healthy diet and am tee total) I came out really not knowing what I could or couldn't eat. Having spent hours trolling through numerous websites I was no wiser as they all seemed to contradict each other.
One phone call to the helpline and all suddenly became clear and the level of experience, empathy and advice was amazing. If, like me you were looking for help there isn't a better place to go. A big thank you to this marvellous help line.
