I have visited Pangbourne Meadow several times, and it never fails to impress. This place is simply beautiful—lush, green landscapes as far as the eye can see. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.
One of my favorite features is the charming bridge that spans the River Thames. The view from the bridge is stunning, especially when the sunlight reflects off the water. Whether you’re walking, having a picnic, or just soaking in the scenery, Pangbourne Meadow offers a wonderful escape into nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy some time outdoors!

Nice and relaxing Picnic area near riverside. It has little play area for kids and Toilet facilities too. Two small car parks in 2 mins back those get busy during peak hours(10 mins wait time). Lovely place to be during sunny days🌞

Great meadow by the river, lovely and open and access to walk along the river or just take it in. Plenty of picnic space even when it’s busy.

Play area and toilets by the parking area, but you have to know the side streets to go down to find the parking and it’s a very (very very) narrow entrance.

We visit the meadows a lot, all year round and the summer season is a great time to visit. Plenty of walking to be had and if you have children or dogs they’ll love it. The Thames is at its idyllic best along the path here. There are two car parks, one easy to find and the other tucked away. The car park by the Dolphin centre is often free on a Sunday but a busy one, it’s small anyway. There is a road just around the corner that leads to another car park and is signposted. Popular kayaking and canoeing spot and we’ve taken our boats out here.

Love the place. It’s one of our favourites.

The vast meadow, located on the banks of the river which boats scurry back and forth along with fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere, when there are no large crowds of people - place to relax nothing more

Beautiful stretch of the river and surrounding countryside very close to the village of pangbourne. In the sun it is full of people sunbathing, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.

I jumped in the river here after tennis recently and when i came up for air, looking along the river instantly transported me into what looked like a painting or 18th century novel.

The people along the river bank are all very friendly and just want to have a good time. Lots of people jump from the bridge that goes over the river and there are lots of football matches and sports events in the meadows too. Idyllic place! My picture is the view from the bridge

Lovely meadow, nice spot for a swim with a bunch of spots to wade in from, if you keep your mouth nice and shut. Not too hard to get out of your depth of at least deep enough to swim properly

Beautiful peaceful meadow unsure if they have toilets though no play park for children but they do allow BBQs
