A friendly, supportive Hampshire charity who work with a number of alcohol and drug services. PSL supports people who have been affected by someone’s drug or alcohol use. They offer 1-1 support, support groups, wellbeing groups and a 24/7 helpline. I thoroughly recommend contacting them if you want support or just a one off chat.
