There are not enough words to write about how amazing Park House Care Home is!
My Mum became a resident after a very long stay in hospital and honestly we were all made to feel like it was home away from home for Mum. The care she received was above exemplary and nothing was ever too much. We as a family were made welcome and comfortable and encouraged to visit whenever we needed to.
Mum passed away in her lovely room, surrounded by her family in a gentle and warm atmosphere and that was made possible by Ben, Jane and their amazing staff on the nursing floor. A big thank you to Fleur and Sue also.
Moving Mum into a care home was probably one of the hardest things we've ever had to do but Park House made it easy and welcoming. Thank you.

BIDSTON SUITE.
The staff in this place are exceptional, they really looked after my mum well and she loved and became friends with all the staff. It takes a very special type of person to look after elderly patients with memory problems and these staff are all brilliant at it. I only moved my mum away from Park House so she could be closer to home, I wish she could take the caring and loving staff with her to the new place.

I would just like to say my Mum had wonderful care at Park house. The staff were caring, professional and helpful in respect to any information we needed about mums care. Park house may not be the poshest home but the staff are wonderful. The bins in the garden did need attention though, and the lift was very grubby. But mums room was nice and bright and clean. Mum passed away a few weeks ago and my sister told me the staff were wonderful with her while she sat with mum in her last days. I was sorry to hear about the news report in the echo and hope they can get the home back on track.

Came away from Park House today, definitely felt my mother was well cared for there. All her needs are met. Thank you again.

Very pleased with care my mother is having here. She has both her mental and physical needs catered for. Nurses on hand, but not fussing mum.

Good bedroom with storage space, with her own things there too. She walks out to the garden for fresh air and exercise. Big smart dining room. Food smelt good.

Lovely care home my nan was transferred to. Caring and approachable staff. Visiting times are very flexible and there's always someone available to speak to. Christine is a lovely HCA, she goes above and beyond for family members and has a lovely manner with my nan

TOTALLY INADEQUATE FACILITIES DAD LEFT ALL DAY AND NIGHT IN HIS ROOM. UNABLE TO GET OUT OF BED UNAIDED AND UNABLE TO FEED HIMSELF. NO OVER-BED TABLE - HAD TO BEG FOR ONE AND NO ASSISTANCE.
I ARRIVED ONCE TO FIND HIS ROOM DOOR FIRMLY SHUT, DAD EXTREMELY DISTRESSED AND SHOUTING FOR HELP FROM WITHIN. DAD WAS IN THE BED WITH ITS SIDES UP. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. BEDSIDE TABLE OUT OF REACH BUT EVEN SO THERE WAS NO WATER OR DRINK OF ANY KIND FOR HIM
HE WAS DESPERATE FOR A DRINK DEHYDRATED AND HUNGRY!
TOTAL NEGLECT BY STAFF AND NO REGARD FOR MY DADS DIGNITY!
I AM HEARTBROKEN THAT MY DAD HAD TO SPEND ANY TIME IN THIS PLACE!
