Having seen a posting on Social Media for anyone in the community to attend a Dementia workshop at Parris Lawn, I contacted them to attend as my father has Alzheimer's. Quick contact back from Jesse. Walm and friendly welcome on the night. The session was interactive and interesting. First impressions show that the facilities are great and looking very clean. Such workshops are very useful. Something more people should know about who look after relatives in the community.

I attended Parris Lawn for a workshop on Dementia. I can't praise them enough, the welcome was great, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are amazing and it is so clean, and the workshop was brilliant and very informative. Thank you Parris Lawn for hosting the workshop, and I can tell that you care so much for everyone that stays with you. Highly recommend a viewing if you are looking for a Care Home.

Intergenerational opera loved working at Parris Lawn care home last year and we are always made to eel welcome! Fantastic staff and facilities- we can’t wait for our next 5 week community opera project to start this November working with pupils from Ringmer Primary School! As a visiting business owner I held an event for the residents at Parris Lawn Care home.
The staff were so helpful, made me feel very welcome. Invited me to have lunch with them all on the day. You could tell they run a tight ship and so lovely to see all staff departments getting along to run the home. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience offering my massage services to the residents. Due to having to wash my hands through out the day all the toilets were super clean and I enjoyed visiting the activity room. Where a lovely lady called Paige was doing some fun games everyone got involved in. House keeping, the nurses and the reception lady’s were all so friendly and easy to talk to as a visiting guest.

We work closely with Parris Lawn and have visited on numerous occasions for events.
The welcome is always very friendly, the staff go above and beyond for visitors and residents alike. Residents are always happy and seem very well cared for, often seen taking part in activities and social interactions within their various communal areas.
We visit various care homes, and the residents sometimes appear forgotten or bored, having care homes like Parris Lawn is a breath of fresh air for the industry.
The home is always clean and offers an appealing relaxed atmosphere, which you would closely compare with a smart hotel type feeling. Lastly the cake and sweet offerings for afternoon tea are a real treat.

Both my parents moved into Parris Lawns in the summer of 2023. The move was a anticipated to be a huge upheaval after living in their family home of 53 years, however; the staff at Parris Lawn made Mum and Dad feel so welcome that they both very quickly settled in to their new surroundings.
Mum and Dad both have very different care needs but the nursing staff provide a high level of support, ensuring that they are both attended to as each requires. Three excellent meals a day, accompanied by a range of activities to entertain and keep the mind active create an almost hotel like atmosphere rather than a care home.
My own experience when visiting is of an extremely well equipped and maintained establishment with staff who go out of their way to make my parents feel at home.
