It's okay if you suffer from Diabetes,Oops I nearly pressed diarrhoea then, now that would have put a different context to Partington Community Centre, Jokes aside it was okay,but the bar was shut again,?

Free Qur'an classes in Partington Community Centre every evening 5pm-6pm for children from 4 years- 18 years old with male and female teacher and Weekly Friday prayer held between 13:00-14:00. Special arrangements for ladies is available.

Never felt the need to complain to my surgery since being a patient from 2006. However yesterday, Monday 10th July, the person handling the incoming calls around. 1.30pm was utterly appauling, dusgusting telephone manner and no customer care, compassion, empathy, privacy or good overall customerservice either.
They refused to transfer my call to Practice Manager , refused to give a y names, even hung up on me. I had to ring through again, as I was not informed of any appointment details. The way my call was handled,was very inappropriate. To the point that I attended the surgery to raise a complaint. Really hope my complaint is handed correctly.
