The training I have received from S.P.I.C has normal been good. Apart from back in 2017 I was on safeguarding training, the trainer was very rude to me and tried to talk down to me and belittle/ bullying me. This trainer didn't understand I am dyslexic. This woman was also Safeguarding Adults Lead in Shropshire. In other words don't go if you are dexslexic, which is bad for a company who training in care / support worker.
Also if your are a non-driver, it is a very difficult place to get too.

Had a training day and it was a Delight! Not only did I learn... but I had a relaxed informative and at times bizarre day! Mart... what a trainer! Am booked in again soon for more training and im looking forward to it! Very very good at training. And relaxed atmosphere made it a great day for someone who doesn't do this thing!!!

The team at Shropshire Partners in Care have always provided us with networking opportunities, relevant training and also speaks on our behalf.

Membership fees for the service are excellent value for money and the service we receive is impeccable and would recommend any provider looking for support to become a member.

Clean. Tea and coffee (and biscuits) offered. Excellent training given. Good amount of parking. Sat nav does bring you about 2 seconds from the address but it's not hard to find.

I'm very disappointed with they service. I was enrolled for training but they don't let me in because I was a bit late, ( I was first time in that area and is very hard to find this place) however, I called to the office to let them know that I can't find this place. When I finally found, I've been told that I lost a lot of theorie and I can't in. Very unprofessional, because in different places when students are late the lecture is happy to repeat for this students topics on the break.However they sent me an invoice to pay for this course. Ridiculous!! I DON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO THERE FOR ANY COURSE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
