Was horrible,👎👎👎👎👎 daughter came home after first visit and said she felt like a paycheck. They made a situation that they were supposed to help, sent it steering crazily out of direction. Huge disappointment.

Miranda Hager here does not care about children. She is only interested in money. She testified that a child should not see their parent. That is never advisable. She wanted DCF referrals so she could put money in her pocket. She lied under oath stating I "failed to protect my child" when there was video evidence that I was getting attacked.
She let down my child very much so. She does not have the best interest of children in mind at all. She testified that my child shouldn't see me at all. No therapist with a child in mind should say this. There is almost always safe ways for a child to see their parent. She should have her license revoked.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Their interns(therapists) working with children are in my eyes not qualified to deal with many different cases. From personal experience, they made matters WORST! It took me years to post this but as a parent and whatever you are going through with your kids. I advise to seek personal help from other sources. As soon as I removed my child from their therapy services to a private therapist that I PAID for, they made positive progression in their mental health for the situation they were dealing with at that moment. They were able to move forward positively and years later I have not needed therapy for them again. This center is run by government funds obviously and their intentions are not to help a child heal. That was evident! Through everything we have been through this is all the reasons why I went back to school to pursue a career path in helping all children. Especially from groups like this place where your child is just another number.....

If you have been here then you know what they are for. The staff here was great and very professional. They dont treat you like a criminal or second class citizen. They truly care about the kids AND their family. Mistakes happen. Dont fight the process and you will be fine. This organization is there to help the family, not the system.

Well educated and friendly staff, and counselors. They put you at earth moment you walk in the door. Sarah is very kind lessened my childs anxiety instantly, and Tamatha also very kind and empathetic to our situation.
