Absolutely amazing! My guy came to the door to collect me I felt safe and secure on the tail lift he offered me a blanket and made sure my parents were comfortable, was a pleasant journey to and from addenbrookes. He showed care and compassion , very polite to all of us. I will definitely book again as long as I’m in a wheelchair. Thank you so much.

I contacted Passenger Assist as I was struggling to find a vehicle for Mum (in a wheelchair) so that she could attend Dad’s funeral. From the initial enquiry onwards, they were very respectful and talked me through how they could help our family at such an emotive time. Booking was simple and no payment needed until the day of the funeral. On the day itself, we needed multiple journeys but nothing was too much trouble. Our driver arrived, uniformed, and stayed with us the whole time in case we needed him if our plans changed. The vehicle was spacious and roomy, and Mum accessed the vehicle via the hydraulic ramp easily. The driver was knowledgeable of the equipment and we felt in safe hands.
Thank you for making our day run smoothly and allowing us to concentrate on saying goodbye to Dad rather than having to worry about Mum. I would highly recommend your service.

Excellent customer service. Use very often for appointments to and from hospital. Driver looks after me very well and will assist to the appointment. I am an electric wheelchair user and travel in a tail lift vehicle. All their vehicles are wheelchair friendly. Best disabled passenger taxi service in Peterborough. Definitely suitable for all disabled and elderly passengers!

Very professional and helpful. My husband was very safely secured in his wheelchair. I like the fact that you can give a return pick up time and unless you need to amend, the taxi is there ready for your return journey. This is our second booking, and would definitely use again in the future.

I booked with this firm for my disabled brother to come to a celebration bbq. Hannah was very helpful on the phone in seeing to our needs. Ali arrived on time for both journeys, and was brilliant with not only my brother but also his son who came along too.
