Went to watch my neighbour play football on one of the pitches and took my 5 year old son. Needless to say he got bored with the football and wanted to check out the park. It was OK but there wasn't much to go on and some of the bits (not all) were looking very tired. Could do with a bit of renovation and maybe some new additions to make it a little more enjoyable.

This is a great place. It's use for lots of clubs and activities so get plenty of use. There is a nice big car park (even so, people park like idiots but that's just normal) and a play are right next to it. There a couple of football pitches here too

King Thorpe jets Under 14 not a good club to play for if your a new kid the team has its favourite and the manager Ben ant got a clue!! They are not about developing the boys.
It's about instant success weather you have played before or not they will throw you in at the deep end!! And that ant developing, so it's a no no from me I'd stay well clear. It's also to Pali pali friend from way back so the new kid don't get a look in.
And the managers always shouting at the boys Whereas they should be encouraging the boys, Sometimes the manager looks like hes had a hangover from the previous night !! Not very professional and not a very good look, As a rating-1 out of 10 it was that poor!!!!

Nice area for walking the dogs, setup for football so keep them on a lead. Toilets only when the centre is open. Bring water for both you and your pets as there is none around, there is a tesco local 5 minute walk away.

Venue is hard to find if you are new to the area, with the pitches being very much on a bit of a slope overall a nice small play area.
