Helped some but left me in a destructive house with drug dealers and extremely loud noise . Better if I lived on the streets. Poor service and any excuse to leave me here and stop their service to help .

Thank goodness for PATH Got me in shared accommodation and they showed signs of really caring Got their hands full but limited funds unlike grumpy overworked BCHA for me a drawn out nightmare (another story) PATH are actively involved with the people and do their best I'm Sorted now thanks to the support from them That's all for now.

Really helpful people however if your homeless like me you have to make them understand certain things are not acceptable ,these things would be more than acceptable to most folk ,if you've been tortured and bullied beaten up for many years and your disabled what they think is right for you probably isn't I've always been show respect so don't get me wrong .but certain conditions would be really hard for me to cope with and as I'm suffering with PTSD from being tortured also spent nearly 3 years being bullied by a gang of 20+ that rugby police were terrified off, was beaten up I'm very disabled so when my legs gave way I had to cover up and take the beating police let him off even though some brave woman who phoned the police said it was totally understand provoked ,so my opinion off them ain't good but I guess you guys would understand me not being able to cope in areas where there's gangs or bullys so my advice is no matter how helpful and friendly staff are you need to find away of making them understand you else you might get help that turns into a nightmare just because you didn't make them understand ,but other than that I would highly recommend them and I believe they do an excellent job for the majority hope I haven't offended anyone as that is not my intention

Couldn't be more helpful. They have provided me with support, advice and lots of help getting through my situation. You can't expect people to suddenly drop everything in their schedules to sort out everything for you. You have to be patient!

This place is a must go if you are in need of information about housing. The staff are amazing, informed and dedicated. They do such wonderful work for people who are in need and in a vulnerable position
